Facilities:




Training courses are held at Weetwood Hall which provides the best possible facilities including 200 parking spaces, disabled access, high standards of catering and audio visual equipment. These facilities contribute to high levels of training and the best possible learning environment.
Atmosphere:
Located in the grounds of a stately home, the training centre has an especially welcoming atmosphere and when combined with break out areas, provides a very relaxing and productive learning experience.
Costs
Our fixed training courses are as follows:

| Full Day Standard | £120.00 |
| Half Day Specialist* | £100.00 |
| Full Day Specialist* | £200.00 |
Please note that CORE Courses are only free of charge to supported SLA customers only. Non Supported customers can attend CORE Courses at £65.00.
All courses include unlimited Tea and Coffee, All Day course include buffet lunches.
*Specialist courses are defined as containing specialised or custom content.

Our cancellation policy
If a customer wishes to cancel a course
with Connect-Up then the following procedures should be followed in line
with our Cancellation policy and our code of practise.
If you wish to cancel a place with Connect-Up then please
notify us by filling in the online booking form ,again through the normal
method but on the Purchase Order Field (PO) entering “course
cancellation”, or alternatively send an email with
“course cancellation” as the subject. This will ensure
that your course is cancelled by our electronic booking system.
*Unfortunately we cannot accept verbal cancellations.
Notice Cancellation Fees:
More than 5 days notice No charge
Less than 5 days notice 50% of the course cost
Less than 2 days notice / Non attendance 100% of course cost
Non attendance of CORE (FREE) Courses £10 charge to cover
administration costs
Please note: a minimum number of delegates are required
for each of our courses offered, we reserve the right to cancel / re-schedule
our courses with 5 working days notice.
Please note this policy is also re-iterated in our company training brochure and also on the thank you page that is displayed when a customer books onto a course with us.
