Mission Statement

Simscrowd is a resource provided by the Connect-Up Sims support team which allows schools to exchange information in the discussion area, view and book training courses and also access support documentation or view frequently asked questions through the knowledge base.

Whilst this site is predominantly provided for the Leeds Local Authority area any schools or persons wishing to share information from other authorities please feel free to contact the Sims team on sims_support@connect-up.co.uk. We will gladly upload your information and ensure it is listed as a resource for your local authority area.

Incuded sections:

Events - Details of events run by Connect-Up including presentation materials and further information requests.

News - Contains key service announcements and critical messages.

Training - Details the training facilities, costs, available training courses and also includes an online booking capability.

School Diary - .Displays statutory returns and other important events in a visual diary format.

Customer Portal - Allows Connect-Up supported customers to log directly into our support ticket system.

Knowledge Base - Is a searchable library of quick reference sheets, user manuals and frequently asked questions.
